Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at SHOPORA! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within PROCESSING TIME, 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are based on the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. International Shipping

We  DO NOT ship internationally.

  • International Delivery Time: 3-5 depending on the destination.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: SHOPORA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SHOPORA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at samuisudipta46@gmail.com within [1-2] days.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at samuisudipta46@gmail.com so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
